Typically, installing a new fence on your residential property can increase its overall value. An appraisal is necessary to accurately assess the added value.

Yes, every customer must obtain a permit from their township before legally installing a fence in the Central New York area.

It's possible. Rules vary by area in Central New York. Your permit or survey map should provide guidance.

The installation timeline depends on our current schedule, which is typically seasonal and influenced by the order in which jobs are received. During peak times, such as the busy season, wait times can be as long as 6-8 weeks. Your sales representative will provide you with an estimated start date. Work cannot commence until all necessary permits are obtained. Once permits are secured and the property is marked, you will be notified of your installation date. Occasionally, particularly during slower seasons, installations can be completed within a week. We recommend customers schedule their jobs as early in the year as possible. Customers can reserve a spot with a $500 refundable deposit. For questions about your installation date, please contact your sales associate for clarification.

In most cases, the posts can be set within the first day or two, and the entire project can be completed by the end of the week.

The only time it is necessary for the owner to be present is during the job layout phase, specifically on the initial day when we set the posts. Typically, only about 10 minutes of the owner's time is needed to review the job before we begin. If the salesperson has already staked out the area and discussed the installation details, further discussion may not be necessary. However, we generally prefer to meet the owner with the crew before installing the first post to ensure agreement and clarity regarding the job specifications.
