Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Fence Company Foreman to oversee our fence installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fence installation and a proven track record of supervising crews to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate fence installation projects from start to finish
• Manage and lead a team of fence installers
• Ensure that all work is completed according to project specifications and company standards
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company safety policies
• Communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, and team members
• Provide on-the-job training and support to team members as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fence installation
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of fence installation techniques and materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• OSHA certification preferred
